Morning meditation
Self-Inquiry meditation is held Sundays at 8 am at Sunshine Point in Freestone Park (bring a yoga mat, chair, towel or sitting pillow). You may come and inquire if you seek silence, stillness, joy and inner peace. There is freedom in meditation. This is not a religion or religious practice, there is no conversion, nor judgement, only compassion.
